Frequently Asked Questions
How do I track my referrals?
You can track all of your referrals through the VIPKID referral tracking system, where you will see the contact info and progress of each candidate you referred. You will also get your unique referral link through this system.
What if candidates applied without my link?
If the applicants didn’t use your link when they signed up, they could choose your name from the list of Recruitment Channels when they fill out the sign-up form (it would be a required field).
Does VIPKID provide any marketing materials to help me promote to potential candidates?
Once you become an affiliate partner, you can email your contact person from VIPKID for flyers, pictures, ad creatives, and blog materials to help with your promotion.
What is a successful referral?
After the applicant has completed the screening process and VIPKID has approved the applicant’s required documents, your referral will be considered successful.
How long does it take for affiliate applications to be reviewed?
You will hear from us within 5 business days if your application is approved.
